My best guess would be Lisnalegan, Civil Parish of Cloonygormican, not
far from Carrowduff.

Subject: [ROSCOMMON] name of birth place
Hello Everyone,
I'm hoping someone can help me to determine the name of a place of
birth from the microfilm of birth registrations. The year was 1873, the
child Timothy Regan, in the District of Elphin, the Union of
Strokestown. The writing is tiny and cramped, but looks like
LesmaKeegan. I have looked at the list of townlands on the
Leitrim-Roscommon page and nothing fits. Can anyone help. Many thanks
Pat
