Hi folks,

I'm starting to dig into a family who was living in Kincardine from
about 1826 through, perhaps, the late 1840s. This family MIGHT be
mine, but I have to prove it yet. (All the details fit, but the
proving document still eludes me :)

Does anyone know of any good local history sources for the
village/parish that might be interesting and provide a bit of 'local
colour' for my research? I'm state-side, so would have to try to hunt
down books, etc, creatively, but would like to try.

Are there any local sources that you've found helpful, say a library
or genealogical society that is located near Kincardine? All ideas
welcomed!
