Do you have the parents of your Allan MACKENZIE or any of his siblings?

My Gr.Gr.Grandmother was Catharine MacKenzie. She is listed on the 1860
Census for Sandwickhill, Stornoway as 74 years of age and born in Stornoway.
She was the widow of Murdo Ross, Seaman. On a copy of her death extract
in 1871 she is shown as age 81 and it lists her parents as Donald MacKenzie,
Crofter and Catharine Macleod. I have not been able to get any information
on them so far.

I did record the information on Alexander MacKenzie, who was living next
door to Catharine at the time of the 1860 Census. If there is any connection,
let me know and I will send the information on to you.
