Hi Robin:

I don't know if this will help you with your Andrew MacKay but these
are all the MacKay's on the 1881 Census in Urray. There were no
Isabella's but I have also attached the full family for 2 Bella's.
As he was only age 12, could he have left Scotland as a Home Child.
Have you ordered his Birth Cert and does it have a fathers name.
