Thank you to Lilian and Donald for helping me find Frank and Donald Singbeil
in Nanaimo.
My father had been trying to contact that part of the family for 30 years
including letters to the 'Mounties' etc., but from posting my request on
ROSSGEN last night, I had their telephone numbers in 10 minutes!!

It was too late to call them, but two very surprised Canadians got early
morning phone calls this morning and were absolutely amazed that I had found
them. Their Grandfather, Robert Munro was from Fearn (my grandfather
Lauchlan's youngest brother), but they had no idea about their Scottish
ancestry nor that our common ancestry can be traced right back to 1057AD (and
the battle against Shakespeare's 'MacBeth').

I now have their Email addresses and I hope we never lose touch with our
Canadian cousins again.
