I have the wills of Mary Artemesia Jackson Ruggles, Lorenzo Ruggles, Josiah
Ruggles (son of Lorenzo) and Charles Wagner, all of Willkes Barre PA.

Mary Artemesia Jackson had four children by John Wagner and she was born 1803
and died in 1881. She married Lorenzo Ruggles after his first wife, Mary
Polly Bennet, died.

I believe that John Wagner was the son of Adam Wagner and Margaretta Michael
who were originally in Easton, Northampton County and then moved to Luzerne
County after the Revolution. I have his land records and cemetery records as
well as his wife's pension files.

I also have my grandmother's photo album with many unidentified photos.
Caroline Wagner, dtr of M A Jackson and John Wagner, married a Charles Ware
also of Willkes Barre. Tjhey were in IL in 1850 and in IA by 1860. Benjamin
Franklin Ware was a Civil War soldier from IA. Caroline Wagner Ware was
mentioned in the will of Mary Artemesia Jackson.

If anybody knows more about this family I would love to hear from you. Who
were the parents of Mary Artemesia Jackson?

Lorenzo Ruggles was born in CT and perhaps the Jackson family came from CT
also.
