Hi Gary,? I have lost the original estimates from Mila, but I did review my
checks and found I made a mistake in the cost I quoted.? The total was
$434.? If I remember correctly, I also mentioned the surnames Schmidt and
Egner in my request to Mila.

The records research and fees were $291, translation $143.? Mila did a great
job.

Just back from vacation and saw this.? I recently purchased through Mila
records of my grandparents Schreiber, Lind , and Geier from Schilling.?
Total cost was about $490 including translation.

For people living in Schilling, the Russian Archives in Engels has the 1883
Family List, which is similar to a census. The archive will provide the
information on one family.

The charges are as follows:
Lookup in one book $20
Charge for 1 page of information (not a copy) $5
Currency conversion charge $2
Mila Koretnikova's fee for communicating with the archives $40
Total cost approcimately $67

Has anyone subscribed to this mailing list obtained this information for a
