This appears to be son of Rutledge and Minnie Rutherford of Fayette, TX.
Rutledge traveled extensively, and they moved several times - so if family
members do not recognize the KC, MO reference, per census records, they
also lived in: Chicago, 1910 & then Bronx, NY 1920 & 1930

I do not know of these people, nor think I have any direct relationship -
but have this research in my database and have done the census reviews
myself, which look accurate for this family.
