For those who are interested in printing pages with citations to
Sacketts from the "Making of America" collection, you can print them
from Adobe Acrobat Reader. When you click on a citation and then click
on the page referred to on the citation page, you will notice that at
the top of the frame there is a button that says "View as" and another
button with options (which defaults to "50%"). Click on the options
button and select "pdf"; then click on the View as button to launch it.
As long as you have Acrobat Reader (a free application that is available
for download at Rootsweb and many other sites), your computer should be
able to open up the file and get a true "replica" of the original book
or journal page.
Happy hunting!
Wendy
