Please let me know if you want chapter & verse (sources & biographical data
etc) on Elisabeth's ancestry. I'll gladly pass on what I've got.

I think all I have on Elisabeth's marriage & children is what's in Weygant's
book (see Thurmon's site). That lists Caleb's 13 children but then the line
stops. I am interested in all SACKETT ancestors & descendants (including the
female lines) so if you have details on Caleb HYDE's & Elisabeth SACKETT's
descendants I should be delighted to have this info. I am particularly keen
to trace the descendants of the female lines as Weygant did not pursue the
SACKETT lines after they "daughtered out".

So, yes please! Let me know if you want more on Elisabeth's ancestry. And
I'd be pleased to have whatever you've got on her descendants.

Dear Chris,

I have an Elizabeth Sackett in my family tree, the wife of
Sheriff Caleb Hyde who was involved in Shay's Rebellion. My
Elizabeth Sackett, born 22 Nov. 1742 in Duchess Co., NY, was
supposedly the son of John Sackett, born about 1703 in the
East Ward, NYC, and his wife Elizabeth Marten [src: Family
Search, #2175427]. John, in turn, is supposedly the son of
the Richard Sackett who married Margery Sleade. Richard is
listed among the Sacketts on your web site with a son John
with the same birthdate period. Would you be interested in
exchanging information?
