I am looking for info on the parents of Watson Sackett(b.5/24/1829). All census info I have found on him lists his name as Watson, born in New York, father born in Mass. and mother in Conn. I just received his death certificate, which lists his name as Walter. His father is listed as E. Sackett and mother Laurs Metcalf(Laura mispelled?)both of NY. He lived in Cherry Valley, Ashtabula County Oh in the 1850's & 60's. Then moved to Livingston County Il. where he died. He married Cecelia Sprague in Ashtabula Oh and they had at least 4 children, Willis B., Walter W., Webb Parker, and Lucy. Does my Walter(Watson) fit in with anyones line. There may be a close connection to the Beech/Sacketts but I've found nothing for sure. I am going nuts trying to find anything. Thanks in advance for any help.
