Oh ... about 200, 250 miles to Dallas. I'm closer to San Antonio, that's only about 1.5 hours each way. Buh. I do the trip when I can and spend all day that I can. I try to prioritize by what I cannot get to online and keep it as tight as possible. Their main library is right down town and you pretty much have to take a lunch because of traffic and parking, and to conserve library research time. Online access is wonderful because otherwise I've got a real handicap getting to resources. Texas is like the size of Spain, France, Iraq, so something like 1000 miles N-S or E-W.
