.. each have at least one daughter that interest me. Richard's #1711 I have no given name for, born prior to his 1778 death. Son Elisha # 1709 b 1778 was at Spencer, then Tioga Co NY on, I think it was 1820 census, right about when & where I'm looking for a SACKETT lass who may be this sister.
#716 Capt. Benjamin's daughter Betsey married *a* Uriah HILL whom I suspect is the one from VT, also on the 1820 Tioga census near (probably brother or cousin) Seth. I do not know if their common relative would be (another) Seth or an Ambrose. Also, can anyone place Betsey's sister Lois #1703?
#s reference Weygant's. http://freepages.books.rootsweb.com/~teking/Weygant/
I am still trying to find parents for Sacket HILL b. 1799, buried in the WESTBROOK Cemetery at VanEtten, Chemung Co. NY. http://rootsweb.com/~nychemun/cemetery/westbroo.htm
Can any of you suggest a good 1. online or 2. in print (hard for me) genealogical resource reference for 1700s VT? Not only looking for this HILL (probably intermarried BEACH) family but "on the other side", WILLSON.
