I have two possible bits of information that might tie in with this Charles T. & Phoebe Sackett: I think they are all the same person, except the first Charles died in 1873 and the second Charles is still alive in 1880.

1. CHARLES T.1 SACKETT was born Abt. 1802, and died November 01, 1873 in Iowa1. He married PHOEBE. She died April 26, 1899 in Iowa2.
Both were buried in Edgewood Cem., Delaware Co., Iowa
