Subject: Sarah E. Samuel(s), 1851-1910 VA>KY>WV



I am new to this list. I am looking for information on Sarah E.
Samuel(s). She was born in Virginia about 1851. I do not know her
parents names. About 1870 she married a French immigrant named John
Descent. I do not have their marriage record. John died June 29,1880 in
Carter County, Kentucky, leaving Sarah with a 4 year old Eddy and a 2
year old Freddy. On August 29,1880, Sarah married a widower who had a
newborn daughter named Martha. The widower's name was James Mitchell
Fuller. They settled in Huntington, West Virginia. Together Sarah and
James had a son James Junior and a daughter Anna. She died in 1910.
My husband is descended from Freddy. Fred took or was given his
step-father's surname of Fuller. Any information would be greatly
appreciated.
