b. c 1875 probably in USA. father John?
married Mary JACOBS b. 1876 USA
In Hope Twp, Durham Co. 1823 then to Clarke Twp., Durham Co., Ontario
1828 -1840. D. c 1840.
Children: Frances, Mary, Rufus,George Washington, Samuel, Nathaniel,
Elisha, Joseph, Nelson, Harriett, Mahala, Sally and perhaps 2 more
females. Frances married Hiram Hutchinson and moved to USA as did
Nathaniel, Joseph and Elisha.
George W. and Samuel settled in Plympton Twp. Grey Co., ON in 1845 -55.
George W. was my gr.gr.grandfather. Very much interested in tracing
Samuel Cole and Mary Jacobs ancestors and descendants.
