I looked at the Social Security Death Index and found your grandfather right
away. He actually died in April, 1977 vs. the 1978 you gave in your message.
His last benefits went to Anaconda, Deer Lodge, MT 59711. His SS no. was
325-18-0342, issued by Illinois before 1951. Write to the Social Security
Administration for more details.
