Howard Woodrow (my Dad ) was born in MS in 1918. His brothers ,that I
know of, were Truman and Edgar. Sisters were Helen, Mary and
Emmer(Emma). He may have had some other brothers, Oliver and Oscar (
not sure if they were brothers or uncles.) My Dad worked for many
years on the Frisco Railroad. He became disabled and retired from the
railroad between 1969 - 1972. He died in 1977. I know very little
about my grandparents. They had already died before I was born.My
grandfather was Tom Sanders and my grandmother was Pearl Sanders. I
don't even know who she was before they were married. I was always
told that my grandmother was half Cherokee.
