In the 1860, Tishomingo, Ms Census on pg. 240, Jacinto P.O. are found:
Wm. P. Sanders, b. 1829, Tn (confirmed sibling of James M. Sanders); James M.
Sanders, b. 1827, Tn (confirmed as my gg=grandfather); Jonas/Josias Sanders,
b. 1828, Tn., who has living with him, Jacob W. Sanders, b. 1840, Al.
I believe these men to be the sons of John W. and Nancy Sanders as shown in
the 1850 Tishomingo census.

JOHN and NANCY SANDERS/SAUNDERS are found again in 1880, Prentiss Co., MS,
after the county boundary changes of 1870, living with their son George (G.W.)

Confederate Army, 26th Infantry, MS Co. D served from Spring of 1862, until
close of war. Moved to TX about 1866, Ladonia, Fannin Co. (information verified
by widow's pension application)

Wm. P. Sanders, b. 1829, TN, is a confirmed sibling to my gg=grandfather,
James M. Sanders, b. 1827, TN. Wm. P. Sanders married Sarah Jane (Hunter) Jones,
a widow of Robt. Jones, in Burnsville, Tishomingo, MS. She, as a widow, is
found in 1880, as is my James M. Sanders, living in the same precinct of Fannin
Co., TX. She and Wm. P. Sanders are the confirmed parents of a daughter, D
onna Zera Sanders. Donna Zera Sanders married Richard Maxwell Pyle, Jr. After
Donna Zera's death, her cousin, Elvira Cleopatra (Patra) Sanders Swink,
daughter of James M. Sanders, married Richard Maxwell Pyle, Jr.
You will note a Donna Z. listed as a child of George W. Sanders in the 1880
Prentiss, MS census.

James M. (Marion?) and Ladonia/Lavonia (Holland) Sanders
Children: Nancy E., Wm. Thomas, John C., Elvira C., Francis L., Sarah A.,
Marion W., Elijah, Robt. Perry, Mary Ann.
All born in MS between abt. 1852 and 1872.

I am lookiing for confirming evidence to tie this family together. Any
information re: these Sanders families or others mentioned would be appreciated.
