Hi this is a small world.
Like you I was born in Bonavista, Newfoundland and know live in Mesa AZ.
My wife has been reaching our families for some 20 years.
My mother family still live in Newfoundland ( Butlers )

Well said, Mel!! You really, really must become a skilled detective to sort
all these complicated issues out. I haven't followed all the conversations
on this line but whenever Sandilands is mentioned my eyes open and my ears
perk up.

Your desc. and info of the early Sandland's is much more than fascinating -
it is invaluable to a serious researcher, esp. to one just learning the
ropes. We older folks have to guide the 'younguns' along, don't we!!
