Dear Fellow Compatriots:
As a member of the Board of Directors of three rather large 501(C)3 organizations, it is essential that all NSSAR Compatriots follow the guideline of Compatriots Henry McCarl and Ed Butler. I am sure that most chapters bend over backwards to keep political issues our of our meetings, newsletters and the like. However, while we may feel like addressing a political issues, this is not accepted for 501(C)3 organizations like the NSSAR. In recent years government regulatory agencies have removed this 501(C)3 status, so please follow to the letter the statements made in recent SAR-TALK.
Fraternally
