Most areas don't have a CAR....
I think Jessie Hagen is right that never was any printed. The CAR is before
age 18....
The young ones maybe you can get them interested in other activities in the
chapter to keep there interest in parades, memorial services, whether they
play an instrument or maybe they have more country or pioneer stock in them
than I do..and like those muskets. Getting them disciplined to commands will
be a nice training for them.. When I was in Newfoundland they really had a
nice group of boys, girls and men all clad out in their wears with drums,
fifes and muskets performing for the visitors .
It was held on the grounds of the castle, or battery helped to protect St
John Bays harbor the bunkers from WWII or still there for you to see it was
a really nice trip and worth seeing again..
Any way to get them involved with the chapters if there isn't a CAR in the
area will benefit the chapters even if they can't officially join until age
18
