Compatriots;
I have been contacted by Joyce Adams, Staff Registrar, and have been
assured ahe wil fix my problem. Apparently I had provided an extra 8 in my
address, and the PS returned my copy as "undeliverable".
Thanks to all who helped me out with my frustration!
