After reading earlier comments about proposed actions by State Governors, I
found the following headline in today's Albany, NY Times Union: Pataki's
Budget Plan a Threat to Libraries!

Don't ask if it is a rumor and don't contact me with any comments -- just go
to the source..... do this, of course, if you are one of those Compatriots
who think ONLY they know the answer and like to see their names in print!
