I have seen directories placed in libraries. You can get unlisted numbers
off of various webpages for free (an old roommate of mine's mother used her
husbands name even though he died 20 years previously for the phone and it
was unlisted even. Showed right up on several websites listed her, her
mother, her brother, her sister (all who did live or were living there) plus
her deceased father as residents of the location. Point is, a single
directory out there with an unlisted number is probalby not as attractive as
many websites that one can get the same suposedly "unlisted" information
from. Probalby not right but that is the way it is.

I'd agree, probalby most likely members who didn't get it before, society
memobrilia collectors or genealogists that will bid, not some marketing
company.
