Release Examples. This will show 7 separate examples of news releases that
can be used to publicize your activities to the news media. The releases
are in a Microsoft Word format, which you can modify as necessary on the
screen and then print out the final version of the release to send to a
local newspaper. Be sure to select "print the current page only" so the
entire kit is not printed. Releases can be changed to fit your particular
event, and more releases will be added in the future. Additionally, if you
select Working With the Media on the Americanism website you will be taken
to an excellent discussion of media tips on the Speakers and Writers
website. Publicizing chapter a!
