I am interested in this family as Lewis Marion Sasser (born abt 1830-1840
in Georgia) named his first son John Dallas Sasser. His 3rd son was William
Preston Sasser. I was hoping there was some connection as your John William
named his first son Dallas. We've not been able to identify any siblings
nor parents of Lewis. One source says his father was Josiah but still
trying to prove. Thank you again. I will keep this information. There may
be some connection. If you find a Lewis Marion-please let me know.
