I have a family tree that dates back to 1656 & was written by John Watson Ellmaker about 1900..plus Bible records..James Clemson the 1st b. Aug 10, 1654 in England d 1718...He married Jeane Coats (who was descended from William Penn)..
Their children were:

James Clemson the 2nd...married Mary Haliday from Pequea
Mary married Henry Guest from Philadelphia
Rebecca.......no record of marriage
John married Mary Elliet from Pequea
SOPHIA married WILLIAM SAWYER from Maryland
Hannah baptized Aug 3, 1692 married Joseph Haines (Haynes) Pequea
Thomas married Elizabeth Strode from PA

My main interest is finding James Hamilton 1724-1807 married Mary Miller 1733-1798 had daughter Sara Hamilton 1762-1815 b in Leacock TWP, PA...Sarah Hamilton Porter was the baby...she has other sisters and brothers which I found but Sara wasn't on the list as she was not born when it was written...
