Looking for family of my grandfather
JOHN QUINCY ADAMS b. Dec 7 1861[CERTIFICATE] or 1862 [Gravestone]
in probably Union or Spartanburg [Landrum] co SC.
He was in central Florida by 1885 but should have still been with his
parents in 1870 [7-8 years old]
Parents NAMES unknown .
siblings:
4 sisters or step- sisters ANNIE, HENRIETTA, ADOLPHIA,"BETTY" Possibly
one brother?
I think these girls were younger than JQ but just not sure.
He named his only son LOYD [ADAMS]. Could be this name LOYD is a clue.
It does not come from his wife's family.
