I'm trying to find a kid born in 1853 in Charleston, whose widowed mother
may have remarried and lived in Horry county at some point.

His name was Louis Harrison.
His mother's name was unknown, but possibly Miriam.
The name MIGHT have originally been Amer or Emer.

And they were Jewish.

So, if anyone can check these two censuses, I would appreciate it.
