here is the memorial. It indicates that Dorothy Hendricks married frist
Matthew Bee, then William Stevenson, and last Benjamin Webb. This would
indicate that Dorothy is the mother of Sarah Webb duaghter of Benjamin
Webb. The memorial possibly is a marriage settlement to protect the
interests of her children by Bee and Stevenson.

Memorial of a parcel of Land conveyed by virtue of lease & release bearing
date teh 8th day of July 1732 in the 6th year of the reigh of King George
the Second for in consideration of 5 shillings from Wm. Hendrick to John
Hendirck in Trust for Dorothy Webb of Charleston during her life fro her
sole benefit and use and at her death to be disposed of as she in her life
time Shall by any instrument in writing under her hand and seal in presences
of three or more creditable witnesses or by her last will & testament of
said Dorothy WEbb then to the use of her daughter Mary Sachereville wife of
Thomas Sachereville of Colleton County planter and Sarah Caswell wife of
John Caswell of Colleton County planter & Annibel Stevenson to be equally
divided between them share and share alike and to their heirs and assigns
forever which said parcel of land is part of a plantation commonly called
Ratsberry Pont situate lying and being in the parish of Saint Philips
Charlestown in Berkley County cont of seventy five foot English Measure
fronting twoard the North East and by East on a marsh and going backwards in
the same breadth of seventy five feet towards the south west and by west 200
feet that is to say from teh point line forty feet and there leaving twent
feet for street or passage and then going past this point the said line
towards the said SW by W 160 feet more which said parcel of land is butting
and bounding on the said point on the said march on the SE by South on land
belonging to John Scott of Charles Town So. Carolina Shipwright & on the SW
by W and on teh NW by N or other parts of Said Plantation cale Ratsbury
point paying yearly one pepper corn quit rent and said lease and estate
attested by Givn under my hand the 9th day of April 1733 Dorothy Webb
