Hi Sharla, Thanks for all your hard work in helping others who are
searching for their ancestors. I hope you have time to search for John
BOYD, born in Ireland in 1740, died in Union District, SC, in 1815
(?). His wife was Jane BARNARDOE (various spellings) who was born in
Ireland about 1750 and died in Union County, SC, in 1835. They came to the
Colonies with a land grant from King George III on Bushy Creek, in the Old
96th District. They had several children one of who was Samuel who later
moved to Monroe Co. Mississippi. I descend from Samuel through Simon
Jeremiah BOYD and Malinda Catherine BOYD. One of John and Jane's
daughters, Nancy, married Abraham KEASLER (or KESLER and other
spellings). Any help greatly appreciated. Sincerely,
JimAllen
