My reference to the USRY family is only from a copy of a listing in what
is known as the Atlas Pitman Bible.

Calvin Usry is listed as being born October 6th, 1823 and his death as
April 24th 1854. He was married February 10th 1848 to Mary Miller.
Mary Miller was born May 5th 1826 and died August 25th 1858.

Mary Miller Usry, a widow, married Zachariah Sutton, December 3rd, 1857.

It would appear that Calvin and Mary Miller USRY had three children
before he died. George Franklin Usry b. October 9th, 1849, Sarah
Catharine Usry, b. December 15th, 1850 and Thomas Jefferson Usry, b. May
25th, 1852.

Sarah Catharine USRY married Atlas Pitman, July 6th, 1865.

Anyone on this list working the families listed? There was a connection
between all four of these families during the mid 1850's in Lancaster
Co., S.C.
