To wife, Mary, a negro woman named Tilda her lifetime and then to son Andrew
P. Land I now live on 26 Mile Creek, being 400 acres, and negroes Joe and
Adam. He is to support his mother. To children of my deceased daughter,
Cynthia Bennett, a house worth $65.00. To sons Samuel and Andrew P. in trust
for my daughter Polly Oliver, a negro woman named Letty for her lifetime
unless she becomes a single woman, then the negro in fee simple to her, Sons
Robert and James rest of estate divided in eight parts. To the children of my
deceased daughter, Cynthia Bennett, one share. To Andrew P. and SAmuel in
trust, the remaining three shares. One of each for the use and benefit of my
married daughters Eliza Berry, Sarah Ann Couch, and Polly Oliver. If either
daughter becomes single again the share at once to them absolutely.
Executors: Sons Samuel and Andrew P. Dated 4 Jan. 1844
