There is a Joseph Walker who obtained 200 acres of bounty land on Conneros
Creek in 1784 with Jno. Williams being on one boundary. There is another
list in the book of residents in 1790. This lists Walkers as Charles,
Samuel, Vann and Zachariah.
It is obvious that all records are not listed as Mary has pointed out. Some
individuals are listed only under the column as "bounded by" and not under
the owner. Either the records listed tenants, squatters and owners or some
records are not listed. I suspect it is a combination of all.
