Hi Becky!
Which line of Murphree's are you referring to? More than one set moved west
from OPD. My line is out of Moses (son of Daniel and Sarah) through his
daughter, Rebecca who mar. William B. Nix. Eleanor Nix then married Asa
Patterson-son of Wes and Frances Moore? Patterson. Wes bought land from Moses
along waters of Toxaway River, Pickens Co.
