Since a SMITH researcher has already told you this may be unnecessary yet it was folks asking me the question so I will repeat the good words of the earlier SMITH
if you need help in OPD there is no better stasrting place for folks who are living a far distance away that the OPD CDROM it has more than 300000 people in it maybe yours too.
