I was able to purchase the surviving issues at the Caroliniana Library
(University of South Carolina) Columbia on microfilm. I chose the diazo
processed films which were very reasonable. I seem to remember they were
about $12 a piece and it was a two roll set. Don't hold me to that as it was
several years ago. Naturally, I have not gotten around to going through
them in detail:(

I don't think there is an actual transcription but I have seen excerpts in a
book or two. Hopefully someone will post the names. I am running out the
door to the dentist (an all day trip for me) and don't have time to dig
through my records for the citations.
