I am looking for info on my 4th great grandfather, John
PERDEE. According to the 1850/1860 censuses, he was b in
SC. I have been unable to find any PERDEEs in SC, and
only a few in GA where John PERDEE later settled. None
have matched up, and as a last ditch effort, I have
joined this list in hopes of someone recognizing the
PERDEE name/families in SC. I listed the info I have on
my PERDEE below:

Caroline E. PERDEE age 9 GA
William PERDEE age 5 GA

1860 census in Greene Co, GA w/ John PERDEE & family:
Henry E. HUNT age 38 GA
Elizabeth HUNT age 75 NC
John PERDEE age 50 SC <----
DiDemmy PERDEE age 41 GA
Frances C. WARD age 19 GA
William PERDEE age 13 GA
