I was at the Ladder Day Saints Family History Library recently, going through
the census records they had for South Carolina. I was absoutely amazed
at the number of times the Clinkscales were mentioned. It may have been
that I just found the name unusual, so that is why it drew my attention,
but, if any of you are researching this name, go to your nearest Family
History Library.
