James H Scott was born approx 1787 in South Carolina. Before 1817, he married
a lady named Isabella, possibly with the last name of White. While living
in Abbeville Co. they had several children, John, William A., Samuel M.,
Harvey W., James, and Benjamin Y. There may be two more children but am
not sure at this time. This couple and their children moved to what is
now Lamar Co. AL during the early 1830's. I am searching for info on James
and Isabella. Who are their parents, brothers, sisters, etc. Will gladly
exchange info.
