Here is my transcription of the "transcription" - I am posting both Willis and Elizabeth's . . . I do not have the others. My interest in the WEATHERBEE's is in determining what their connection was to my uncle Jesse CHERRY.

WILLIS WEATHERSBEE



In the name of God Amen



I Willis Weathersbee of South Carolina Barnwell District - Being very sick and week [sic] in Body but of sound mind and memory do make and ordain this Instument [sic] to be my Last will and Testament in manner and form following - first I desire all my Just Debts to be paid out of my Estate --



Itim [sic] I give all my Land to my two sons James H Barney & Bartholomine Jackson Weathersbee to them & their Heirs for ever to be Equally Divided between them when they Arrive at the age of twenty one years and until then to be rented annually for their benefit ------



Item my will and disire [sic] is that all my personal property be sold on twelve months Credit for the benefit of my two sons above named



Lastly I nominate Constitute and appoint my friend Jefse Chirry [sic] Sole Executor to this my last will and testament

In the name of God amen I Elizabeth Weathersbe of the State of South Carolina and Barnwell Distrect [sic] being in good helth [sic] and of Sound and Disposeing [sic] mind and memory Calling to mind the uncertainty of Life and being Desierous [sic] to Dispose of all such wordly Estate as it hath pleased god to blefs me with Do make and or Dain my Laste [sic] will in maner [sic] and forms following that is to say - - - - - - - - - - - - -



I Desier [sic] that a mediately [sic] after my Decease all my Estate both Real and personal should be amediately [sic] Sold and it is my Desier [sic] that my two faithfull [sic] Slaves namely Robert and Hanah Should be Sold to geather [sic] and note [sic] Seperated [sic] and I wish some of my heirs to purchase them and oute [sic] of the moneys [sic] ariseing [sic] thare [sic] from all my Juste [sic] Debts be paid if thate [sic] Should be any and my funeral Expencese [sic] - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -



Item firste [sic] my will and Desier [sic] is that my Daughter Elizabeth Tool shall have all my wareing [sic] apparel



Item 2nd I give unto my Son in law Elijah wall and his my grand Son george ,W, Wall Jointely [sic] five Dollars



Item 3rd my will and Desier [sic] is that the ballance [sic] of the money ariseing [sic] frome [sic] the Sale of my Estate Shall be Equally Devided [sic] betwen [sic] my foure [sic] Children Namely Reubin Weathersbe John Weathersbe Levi Weathersb and Elizabeth Tooll inperpetuity [sic] to them: and thare [sic] heirs forever



and Lastely [sic] I Doconstitue [sic] my Sone [sic] John Weathersb and and [sic] my Sone [sic] in Law gilis ,,F,, Tool Executors of this my Laste [sic] will and testament by me heretofore made in testamony [sic] whare [sic] of I have here unto Set my hand fixed my seal the Seventeenth Day of November in the year of our Lard [sic] 1830 afsigned seald [sic] published and Delivered as and for the Laste [sic] will and testament of the above named Elizabeth Wethersb in presence of us
