You have the same information as I about the John Seabrook and Ann Smelie
family of Colleton County SC.
My wife, Mary Seabrook, is descended from the fifth son of Joseph Seabrook
& Elizabeth Bailey, namely Gabriel Seabrook (1765-1824)& Ann Mikell (1769-1809,
and I have that line fairly well documented. (This is not the same as the
more famous Benjamin Seabrook and Whitmarsh Benjamin Seabrook line of Edisto
Island.)
