I wish I had the answer to that Coleen but I can't seem to find that
particular William Simpson in NC as of yet. My Simpson's came from
Pasquotank, NC to settle in the areas of Wilson, Johnston and Nash Counties
of NC. My great-grandfather moved to Sumter Co., SC before 1900 and my
grandmother lived most of her life in Dillon County, SC.
Are you a Simpson descendant?
