Moody, Irene Elizabeth

FORK -- Mrs. Irene Elizabeth Moody, 80, died Tuesday, Dec. 30, 2003 after
an illness. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Jan. 1,
at Bermuda Cemetery in Dillon.

Mrs. Moody was born in Dillon, a daughter of the late D. Garrie Huggins and
Bessie Baker Huggins. She is also predeceased by her husband, Copeland Wayne
Moody; a son, Wayne Moody and a grandson, Randall Moody. Mrs. Moody was a
member of Ebenezer Southern Methodist Church of Temperance Hill.

Mrs. Moody is survived by two sons, Jimmy Moody (Carla) of Oxford, N.C.,
and Randy Moody (Sara) of Charleston; a daughter-in-law, Jimmie Faye Moody
of Florence; two sisters, Gilda Merritt of Charleston and Lorraine Kohlhepp
of Panama City, Fla.; six grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, and
special friend Joe Williams and family of Temperance Hill.

Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, P.O. Box 80459,
Charleston, S.C. 29416.
