LAKE VIEW-Mr. Jerry Church Sr., 60, died Thursday, Sept. 29, 2004.

Funeral service will be 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct 2, at First Baptist Church of
Lake View. Burial will be in Lake View Perpetual Cemetery, directed by Cook
Funeral Home of Lake View. The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 p.m.
at Cook Funeral Home of Lake View.

Mr. Church was born in Marion County, the son of the late Rupert and Ethel
Thompson Church. He retired from Dixiana Mills of Dillon.

Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Sarah Lib Church of the home; a son, Jerry
Douglas Dougie Church Jr. (Tonya) of Lake View; two daughters, Brandy Church
of the home and Tena England (John) of Charleston; two brothers, Girey
Church of Florence and Larry Church of Newport, Va.; and four grandchildren.

Mr. Church was preceded in death by a daughter, Dena Ann Church.
