(October 25, 1948 - October 26, 2004)

DILLON

Peggy K. Jackson, 56, died Tuesday, October 26, 2004, at her residence after
an illness. Funeral services will be held 4:00 P.M. Thursday in Cooper
Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Greenlawn Cemetery. Visitation will be
7-9 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home.

Born in Roanoke, VA, October 25, 1948, she was the daughter of the late
Russell Arthur King and Willie Mae Poore King. She was a member of Bermuda
Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband, Edward T. Jackson of Dillon; son, Tony
(Betty) Brumble of Dillon; step-son, James E. Jackson of Darlington;
step-daughter, Melinda J. Lawhon of Darlington; brother, Barry (Pat) Eugene
King of Richmond, VA; sisters, Patricia (Bobby) Huggins of Marion and Faye
(Frank) Elizabeth Woodard of Dillon; grandchildren, Erin Taylor Brumble,
Louis Colby, Angel Renee Lawhon, Kevin James Lawhon, and Rhonda Carol
Lawhon; 3 great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to, Bermuda Baptist Church, McLeod Hospice, or to the
Dillon Camp of Gideons
