Shirley A. Proctor

SELLERS-Mrs. Shirley Allen Proctor, 79, died Monday, November 22, 2004, at
Marion County Medical Center in Marion, S.C.

Mrs. Proctor was born in Latta, SC on January 3, 1925 a daughter of the late
Charles Jetter and Elizabeth Waters Allen. She was the widow of Mr. Lonnie
Proctor and was a member of Latta Baptist Church. She retired as a
bookkeeper form Coastal Lumber Company.

Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 24, 2004 at
Latta Baptist Church with burial in Magnolia cemetery directed by Kannadays
Funeral Home of Latta, SC.

Mrs. Proctor is survived by her son, Rev. Joe A. (Linda) Proctor of
Centenary, S.C.; daughter, Anne P. (Val) Johnson of Latta, SC; sister Mrs.
B.F. Jackie Hardy of York, SC; grandchildren Allen Proctor, Kaylen Proctor
and Everett Johnson.

Mrs. Proctor was predeceased in death by brothers, Walker Brice Allen,
Charles Legare Allen and Richard Dickie Allen.

The family will receive friends at Kannadays Funeral Home in Latta, Tuesday
evening, November 23, 2004 from 7 until 9 p.m.

Memorials may be made to the Latta Baptist Church Building Fund, 202 N.
Marion St., Latta, S.C. 29565 or to the Dillon Camp of Gideons, P.O. Box
111, Dillon, S.C. 29536
