DILLON — Sallie Oliver Bowen, 59, died Tuesday, Jan. 23, 2007, at her
residence.
Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Friday, Jan. 26, in Cooper Funeral Home
Chapel with burial in Regan Cemetery. Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. today
in the funeral home.
Born Jan. 19, 1948, in Florence County, she was the daughter of the late
Ernest S. Oliver, Sr. and Alma Summerlin Oliver. She was a member of Union
United Methodist Church and was a retired receptionist for Dixiana Mill.
Survivors include her husband, Danny Bowen of Dillon; sons, D.W. Bowen and
Scott Moody, both of Dillon; sister, Audrey O. Allen of Hamer; and brothers,
Ernest S. Oliver Jr. of Little Washington, Pa., William M. Oliver of Myrtle
Beach and Bob Oliver of Hamer.
Memorials may be made to Regan Cemetery, 370 Arnette Road, Dillon, SC 29536.
