FORK — Services for Charlotte Corine Cottingham Rogers will be held 4 p.m.
Tuesday, July 17, 2007, in Fork Baptist Church with burial in Fork Baptist
Cemetery. Visitation is from 7 to 9 p.m. this evening in Cooper Funeral Home.
Mrs. Rogers, 88, died Sunday, July 15, 2007 in McLeod Hospital Dillon.
Born in Marlboro County, June 18, 1919, she was the daughter of the late
Marvin Drew Cottingham and Cora Mary Huggins Cottingham. She was the widow of
the late Archie Dick Rogers, was a homemaker and a member of Fork Baptist
Church.
Survivors include her daughter and husband, Janice R. and Kenneth Adams; sons
and their wives, Steven F. and Lisa Rogers of Dillon, Bill H. and Cheri
Rogers of West Columbia and Archie B. Rogers of Fork; grandchildren and their
spouses, Blake and Jessica Rogers, Charlotte and Mick Cox, Leann and Rick
Barber, Christopher Rogers, Ashley and Tom Betz, Hayley Rogers, and Hannah Rogers;
great-grandchildren, Becca Cox, Ashlyn Barber and Ali Cox;
step-grandchildren, Stephanie (Robbie) Miller and Jeff (Amanda) Huggins;
step-great-grandchildren, Seth Miller and Mason Miller; special care giver, Alice Feagin.
Mrs. Rogers was preceded in death by her daughter in law, Rebecca Becky
Rogers.
